REPRESENTATIVE PATENTS

Samples of some of my more recent recent patents in electronics, software, medical devices, chemistry and biotechnology are shown below. I both wrote and fully prosecuted these patents, so these are excellent examples of my writing style and patent prosecution style.

The work also shows the advantage of a more detailed specification. Such detailed specifications can be extremely costly if you use a law firm, but by using a patent agent, the lower hourly costs make this more economically feasible. With a patent agent, you can afford to add "extra" material (a more detailed discussion) in the specification. This "extra" material can then be used as a source for additional patents in later years. The "extra" material can also be used to provide additional support for your claims in the (almost 100% certain) event that the patent examiner finds unexpected prior art that he or she would like to cite against your patent application.
